Proper nutrition is essential for optimum body function and disease prevention. Whether it's help to lose weight, or improve dietary intake, you and your plan dependents are eligible to receive a 25% discount on unlimited visits with our participating registered dieticians and licensed nutritionists.

To receive your 25% discount on unlimited office visits, just make an appointment with a Tufts Health Plan network registered dietician or licensed nutritionist and show your member ID card at the time of payment.*

• Discount applies to the provider's standard fee and cannot be combined with other special offers, promotions or discounts.
• Nutritional counseling discounts are in addition to any medically necessary nutritional counseling Plan benefit offered by most employers.
• To determine if you have nutritional counseling Plan benefit coverage, log-in to your secure account.
• If you or one of your plan dependents requires medically necessary nutritional counseling, we urge you to work with your Primary Care Provider.
• Your registered dietician or licensed nutritionist may refer you to your Primary Care Provider if a potential medical condition warrants your doctor's attention.

Weight Watchers®
If you're interested in joining a program proven to help people lose excess pounds and keep them off, then Weight Watchers may be for you. And, as a Tufts Health Plan member, you can save some money in the process.

• Weight Watcher Meetings. Get guidance from a group leader who lost weight with Weight Watchers, and get support, tips and recipes from people like you. Have your registration fee waived, just by visiting your local Weight Watchers center and presenting your Tufts Health Plan ID card upon enrollment.
• Weight Watchers Online. As a Tufts Health Plan member, you are eligible to receive a $10 discount on the Weight Watchers Online subscription 3-month savings plan.
• Weight Watchers Deluxe At Home Kit. Receive a $10 discount on all the materials you need to take part in the program from the comfort of your living room. To order the Deluxe At Home Kit and receive your discount, call Weight Watchers at (800) 651-6000 and mention you're a Tufts Health Plan member.
• You can also receive additional information about the program by calling Weight Watchers at (800) 651-6000.

Curves®
Curves fitness and weight loss facilities are dedicated to providing affordable, one-stop exercise and nutritional guidance to women with a complete aerobic and strength training workout, in a supporting, encouraging environment, in just 30 minutes.

• You and your plan dependents are eligible to receive a 50% discount off joining or initiation fees at participating Curves facilities.
• Just present your Tufts Health Plan member ID card when you sign-up for a membership at a participating Curves facility. (Discounts cannot be combined with any other Curves promotions)
• You can also get, from participating Curves facilities, one free month's membership. Just alert your Curves facility after completing 12 consecutive monthly membership payments of your Tufts Health Plan discount to receive one month free! (Please note, the 12 consecutive monthly membership payments begin on or after the effective date of the participating Curves facility's contract with Tufts Health Plan. Check with your participating Curves facility to determine the effective date of their contract with us.)
