1. Click on Find Claims on the homepage or the Claims link under the My Coverage tab. For yourself, and health plan dependents under 18 years old, click on Detail to view claims.
2. Click on the calendar icons to enter a date range and click Search. View your Explanation of Benefits, or EOBs, by clicking on View EOB next to applicable claims.
3. To go paperless, click on Changes and Requests, and under Update My Wellness Plan Preferences, click on Change Explanation of Benefits (EOB) Delivery Method.
