Referral & Authorization Quick Tips

  1. Click on the Referrals & Authorizations link on the homepage or under the My Coverage tab in the top navigation menu.
  2. If you have health plan dependents, click on Detail to the right of your name or your dependent?s name.
  3. Click on the calendar icons to enter the date range for your referral or authorization search and a complete list will display.
