| You must present your new ID card to each doctor, hospital or any medical provider you visit after February 1, 2007. For security reasons your social security number will not be printed on your ID card. You must also give each medical provider, doctor, hospital, radiology or laboratory facility your full social security number. The Medical Providers need this to submit your Claims to Iron Clad. There has been no change in Dental. Dentists should continue to submit claims directly to Iron Clad. |
