The Standard Network provides members with a choice of 25,000 participating doctors and 90 hospitals. Choose from our Standard Network HMO and PPO options.

Select Network Products
The Select Network provides members a limited choice of doctors and hospitals in Massachusetts to help reduce your cost of coverage. Our Select Network products are designed to improve access to affordable, quality health care for you and your family. Choose from our HMO Select and Advantage HMO Select plans.

For Existing Members
Open Enrollment
If you are an existing Tufts Health Plan member enrolled in one of our Standard or Select Network plans, you will receive information about your new rates and any relevant benefit changes prior to your 12 month anniversary. You will receive this information in the mail and you are not required to take action unless you would like to switch plans. If you have any questions, please call us at 1-888-499-4702.
