When choosing a Select Network Plan, please remember:

• The Select Network provides you with a limited choice of doctors and hospitals in Massachusetts to help reduce your costs. The Select Network is smaller than Tufts Health Plan's standard network. In this plan, you will have access to network benefits only from providers in the Select Network. Click here to search for providers in the Select Network.
• To be eligible for Select Network plans, you must be a Massachusetts resident living in the following counties: Barnstable, Bristol, Essex, Middlesex, Norfolk, Plymouth, Suffolk, and Worcester.
• The Select Network plans have a generic-focused formulary, which means that Tufts Health Plan covers most generic drugs as well as a limited number of brand name medications.
• All of the Select Network products require that most maintenance medications be distributed through mail-order.
