You and your plan dependents are eligible to receive discounts on membership rates at many designated fitness centers.

How it Works:
Search Our Local Participating Fitness Center Network for a 20% discount on an annual membership, with no initiation or joining fees.

• You and each of your plan dependents may choose his or her own fitness centers.
• Visit our participating fitness centers and pay a small copayment at each visit, for up to 5 visits per month!
  • Age 0-5: Free
  • Age 6-15: $3
  • Age 16+: $6
  • Tufts Health Plan Medicare Preferred: $3
