How to update your availability in our system

To help us direct members seeking treatment to you please update your availability in our system. You may:

· Complete and fax us the Provider Availability Form or
· Call the Tufts Health Plan Mental Health Department directly at 800-208-9565, and tell us your availability.
· You can also email us your availability at mh_providers@tuftshealth.com
