Once you've selected the Tufts Medicare Preferred Plan that meets your needs, there are several convenient ways to enroll:
How to Enroll

| 1-800-521-3062 (TDD 1-888-899-8977) Phone enrollment is available January 1st - March 31st. Our representatitves are happy to take your application over the phone, just call Monday - Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. You can also enroll by calling 1-800-MEDICARE. |

At any time you may request an enrollment package by calling 1-800-528-3818 (TDD 1-888-899-8977) Monday - Friday 8:30 a.m. - 5:00p.m. Our representatives will be happy to mail you an enrollment kit with more information and an enrollment application.
You may also complete and submit a Request for Plan Information form in order to receive an enrollment kit in the mail.
