Race Highlights – 2008
Molly Huddle, 24, of Providence, Rhode Island, beat out Aziza Aliyu, 22, of Ethiopia, in a sprint to the finish at the 32nd Annual Tufts Health Plan 10K for Women. Huddle's time of 32:51.2 was less than half a second faster than Aliyu's. Ethiopian Teyba Naser, 22, claimed third in 32:54:9, and Olympian Amy Rudolph, 35, of Providence, Rhode Island was fourth in 33:04:2. With her win at Tufts, Molly Huddle became the USATF Women's National 10K Champion.
