Tufts Health Plan offers a suite of plans that are designed to support Massachusetts Health Care Reform. These plans include our Standard and Select Network plans, that are designed to improve access to affordable, quality health care for you and your family.

To be eligible for our Select Network plans, you must be a Massachusetts resident, and reside in the following counties: Barnstable, Bristol, Essex, Middlesex, Norfolk, Plymouth, Suffolk, and Worcester.

Our Select Network plans feature:

• A select network of providers and hospitals, including both tertiary and community hospitals.
• Mail-order pharmacy benefit (mandatory) for most maintenance medications.
• A generic-focused formulary providing a generic equivalent to brand name drugs.

In addition, we have three Standard Network plans that provide you access to our complete network of providers.
