Changes to our Tufts Health Together MassHealth Managed Care Organization (MCO) Plan

As of January 1, 2026, Tufts Health Plan will no longer offer the Tufts Health Together MCO plan. Current members’ coverage will continue through December 31, 2025. 

Tufts Health Together and MassHealth will work closely to make sure members can continue receiving the services they’re eligible for through a new health plan as of January 1, 2026. 

Members do not need to take any action at this time. MassHealth will mail members more information in the Fall of 2025, including information on which health plan(s) include members’ current primary care provider (PCP), and how to pick a new health plan. Members are encouraged to make sure their contact information is up to date with MassHealth so they will receive these important communications. 

Members with a Health Connector account can update their address and contact information online at mahealthconnector.org or call MassHealth at 800-841-2900 (TTY: 711), Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Please remember to open and respond to any MassHealth communications you receive to keep your MassHealth eligibility.

Please note, although the Tufts Health Together MCO plan will no longer be available after January 1, 2026, this change does not impact our MassHealth Accountable Care Organization (ACO) plans. We will continue to offer Tufts Health Together with CHA and Tufts Health Together with UMass Memorial Health.
