As of January 1, 2026, Tufts Health Plan no longer offers the Tufts Health Together MCO plan. Members’ coverage ended on December 31, 2025. Where possible, members who were previously enrolled in the Tufts MCO have been re-assigned to the health plan that their PCP is enrolled in. Tufts Health Together and MassHealth worked closely to make sure members continue receiving the services they’re eligible for through a new health plan as of January 1, 2026. 

Please note: Although the Tufts Health Together MCO plan is no longer available as of January 1, 2026, this change does not impact our MassHealth Accountable Care Organization (ACO) plans. We continue to offer Tufts Health Together with CHA and Tufts Health Together with UMass Memorial Health.

The state needs accurate contact information (phone number, address and/or email address) to provide members with important information about this change or other notices about their MassHealth eligibility. Members can update their contact information online at mahealthconnector.org or call MassHealth at 800-841-2900 (TTY: 711), Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Please remember to open and respond to any MassHealth communications you receive to keep your MassHealth eligibility. If members have questions about their health plan or wish to make a change, they can use the MassHealth choices website (masshealthchoices.com) or call the number above.
