Tufts Health Plan offers an extensive, high-quality network of 91 hospitals and nearly 29,000 PCPs and specialists that stretches throughout Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and New Hampshire.

Our provider access area1 includes all of Massachusetts and Rhode Island, and New Hampshire, where contracted primary care providers (PCPs) and high volume specialists are located.
